The thrilling stunt show “Lights, Motors, Action” will close April 2. The penny press associated with that area was moved about a year ago, so it is not directly affected by the closure. The designs in that machine might change to reflect new theming or new attractions at the park, though. (Although keep in mind that the “Honey I Shrunk the Audience” design is still available at Epcot six years after its closing)
UPDATE: The “Honey I Shrunk the Kids” play area is also closing. It, too, has a machine. More importantly, though, it appears the entire back area of the park is closing April 2 – which means the Prop Shop store will probably disappear. Prop Shop has been the place where they relocate machines when other locations close. In the past year, there have been 5 or 6 machines at this location at any given time. Look for those machines to be scattered or retired.
